2 night minimum. All linen, towels and soap provided. $10 linen charge/child.
50% deposit within 7 days to secure the booking. Balance due 1 month prior to arrival. $50 administration fee applies to all bookings cancelled. Deposit is non refundable.
Long weekends 3 night minimum. Leeuwin concert 3 night minimum from $300.00/night. Easter 4 night minimum.
Peak season from Dec 12th – 31st Jan (7 night minimum). Peak season includes mentioned dates and long weekends, Easter and school holidays.
