Prices are for 2 persons. No additional charge for children under 16. Extra adults $20 per night per person.
2 night minimum. All linen, towels and soap provided.
50% deposit within 7 days to secure the booking. Balance due 1 month prior to arrival. $50 administration fee applies to all bookings cancelled. Deposit not refunded for bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
Long weekends 3 night minimum. Leeuwin concert 3 night minimum from $250.00/night. Easter 4 night minimum.
Peak season from Dec 12th - 31st Jan (7 night minimum). Peak season includes above dates and long weekends, Easter and school holidays. Specials may be available in off peak season.
